About This Role
Overview
- On behalf of our client, a regional bank headquartered in Doha, Swisslinx is currently seeking an experienced Executive Assistant to support the CEO.
- This role will be based in Doha.
- The successful candidate will possess the following skills and experience:
- Proven experience as an Executive Assistant within a large organisation
- Experience working with regional, large-scale institutions
- Strong background supporting C-level executives (direct Assistant to C-suite)
- Advanced proficiency in MS Office and confidence working with various IT systems
- Ability to work collaboratively, particularly in close partnership with another Senior Executive Assistant
- Exceptional written and spoken English (native or near-native proficiency required)
- High attention to detail and outstanding organisational skills (essential)
- Willingness to work full-time from the office (no remote working arrangement)
- Flexibility with working hours (availability before 8:00 am and beyond 5:00 pm when required)
- This is a senior role with a lot of responsibility – the right candidate will be polished, well-spoken, dynamic and experienced working in international organization.
