Minimum Requirements

• Strong understanding of
• e-commerce merchandising, product performance, and online trading principles

• Experience managing
• site administration, content updates, promotions, and trading operations

Key Responsibilities

• Own and optimise the end-to-end trading performance of the e-commerce platform.
• Drive online revenue growth and improve key commercial KPIs.
• Conduct detailed funnel analysis to identify customer drop-off points and optimisation opportunities.
• Develop and execute A/B testing and CRO initiatives to improve customer experience and conversion.
• Monitor and enhance website performance, usability, and overall customer journey.
• Analyse customer, website, and trading data to generate actionable insights and recommendations.
• Manage online merchandising, product presentation, and promotional activity.
• Oversee site administration, content management, and trading operations.
• Partner with Product, Marketing, CRM, and Technology teams to deliver growth initiatives.
• Produce regular reporting on performance metrics and commercial outcomes.
• Continuously identify opportunities to improve conversion, engagement, customer experience, and profitability.
