E-Commerce Specialist

Qualifications

• · 2+ years of experience in e-commerce, online merchandising, digital sales, website administration, product management, sales operations, or a related field preferred.
• · Experience managing an online shopping cart, e-commerce platform, or product catalog preferred.
• · Strong proficiency with Microsoft Excel and working with large product or pricing datasets.
• · Experience with ERP, CRM, inventory management, or product information management systems preferred.
• · Ability to learn semiconductor and electronic component product terminology, manufacturers, and part-number structures.
• · Strong attention to detail, particularly when working with pricing, inventory, product specifications, and customer orders.
• · Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
• · Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• · Ability to coordinate effectively across multiple departments.
• · Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• · Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret online sales and customer activity data.
