Role Overview
As our E-commerce Logistics & Operations Coordinator, you will bridge the gap between our digital sales platforms and physical fulfillment operations.
You will manage the entire order life cycle, track inventory levels of delicate living products and bulky garden goods, and coordinate with courier partners to maintain an exceptional customer experience.
Key Responsibilities
- Order Fulfillment: Manage daily order processing through our e-commerce platform from checkout to final delivery.
- Inventory Control: Monitor real-time stock levels across our systems to prevent stockouts and sync physical nursery inventory with the online store.
- Logistics Coordination: Book, track, and optimize shipments with third-party logistics (3PL) providers and delivery couriers.
- Supplier Liaison: Coordinate with vendors and our internal nursery team to schedule timely product restocks.
- Returns & Escalations: Resolve shipping delays, damaged items, and customer delivery issues quickly and efficiently.
- Data Maintenance: Update product listings, stock statuses, and performance metrics within our inventory management software.
Qualifications & Skills
- Experience: 1–3 years of experience in e-commerce operations, logistics, or supply chain coordination.
- Tech-Savvy: Proficiency with e-commerce platforms (e.g., Shopify, Woocommerce) and inventory/ERP systems (D365).
- Problem Solver: Ability to handle live logistics changes and resolve delivery bottlenecks under pressure.
- Communication: Strong written and verbal communication skills to coordinate between customers, couriers, and internal teams.
- Industry Passion: An interest in home decor, gardening, or landscaping is a strong plus!
