Job Summary
We are seeking an energetic and results-driven Digital Sales Executive to manage customer inquiries and convert leads generated through our website, social media channels, WhatsApp, email, and phone calls.
The successful candidate will play a key role in driving online sales by assisting customers, recommending suitable products, following up on inquiries, and ensuring an excellent customer experience.
Key Responsibilities
- Respond promptly to customer inquiries received through WhatsApp, email, website forms, social media, and phone calls.
- Guide customers through the purchasing process and recommend suitable products based on their requirements.
- Convert online inquiries into confirmed sales and achieve monthly sales targets.
- Follow up with customers on quotations, abandoned carts, and pending inquiries.
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships to encourage repeat business.
- Update customer interactions and sales activities in the CRM system.
- Coordinate with the operations and logistics teams to ensure smooth order fulfillment and customer satisfaction.
- Handle customer concerns professionally and provide timely resolutions.
- Support promotional campaigns and seasonal sales initiatives.
Requirements
- Previous experience in e-commerce sales, telesales, customer service, retail sales, or a similar role is preferred but not mandatory.
- Fresh graduates with excellent communication skills and a strong interest in sales are welcome to apply.
- Fluent in English (spoken and written).
- Arabic language skills will be a strong advantage.
- Strong communication, persuasion, and customer service skills.
- Target-oriented mindset with a desire to achieve and exceed sales goals.
- Comfortable communicating with customers via WhatsApp, email, and phone calls.
- Basic knowledge of CRM systems and e-commerce platforms is an advantage.
- Positive attitude, willingness to learn, and ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
