We’re looking for an
E-commerce Growth Executive
- who can help us improve, expand, and grow our website sales.
- We’re looking for someone who understands how online shopping works, how products should be presented, and how a better catalog, better product pages, better offers, and better website experience can increase sales.
- You’ll work closely with our team to make NAVO a stronger online destination for office furniture, standing desks, ergonomic chairs, gaming setups, and workspace products.
- What you’ll do
- You’ll help grow NAVO’s online business by improving how our products are listed, presented, and sold on the website.
- This includes adding new products, improving existing product pages, creating bundles and add-ons, updating categories and filters, and finding better ways to make customers buy with confidence.
- You’ll also review sales data, study competitors, coordinate with our design/SEO/web team, and support online campaigns that help increase website sales.
- The goal is simple: make NAVO’s online catalog stronger, improve the shopping experience, and help turn more website visitors into customers.
- What we’re looking for
- Experience in e-commerce, product listing, merchandising, or online sales
- Good understanding of how e-commerce websites work
- Comfortable working with WooCommerce, Shopify, or similar platforms
- Good eye for product presentation, images, titles, and website layout
- Basic understanding of SEO for product and category pages
- Strong attention to detail
- Good with Excel / Google Sheets
- Able to research competitors and suggest practical improvements
- Someone who thinks commercially, not just operationally
- Interest in furniture, interiors, gaming, tech, workspace products, or lifestyle brands is a plus
- You should be someone who asks
- Why is this product not selling?
- Can this product title be better?
- Is the image strong enough?
- Should this product be bundled with something?
- Is the category confusing?
- What are competitors doing better?
- How can we make it easier for customers to buy online?
