Fresh Bazaar Group of Companies is hiring an E-commerce Executive to manage daily online operations for retail, supermarket, and food-and-beverage businesses.

Responsibilities
- Manage daily operations across Talabat, Deliveroo, Careem, Noon, InstaShop, and other e-commerce platforms.
- Upload and update product listings, images, descriptions, prices, and availability.
- Monitor online orders, cancellations, customer complaints, and platform-related issues.
- Coordinate with restaurant, supermarket, and operations teams to ensure smooth order fulfillment.
- Plan and execute online promotions, discounts, and marketplace campaigns.
- Monitor sales performance and prepare daily, weekly, and monthly reports.
- Maintain accurate product information and stock availability across platforms.
- Coordinate with marketplace account managers to resolve issues and improve performance.
- Identify opportunities to increase online sales and improve operational efficiency.
Requirements
- At least two years of experience in e-commerce operations and hands-on online marketplace management.
- Good knowledge of Microsoft Excel and sales reporting.
- Experience in product listing management, pricing, and promotions.
- Strong communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills, with ability to manage multiple platforms independently.
- FMCG, supermarket, retail, or F&B e-commerce experience is preferred.
Pay
- Pay is AED 3,500 to AED 4,000 per month.
