E-Commerce Executive (Female)

Role overview

Responsibilities

• Create and update product listings, images, descriptions, prices, and stock information.
• Support daily orders and customer enquiries across online sales channels.
• Create and edit product images, banners, social media content, and short videos.
• Use AI tools to generate e-commerce images and campaign visuals, then check product, colour, and brand accuracy.
• Assist with promotions, product launches, and basic sales reporting.

Preferred skills

• Familiarity with Canva, Adobe Photoshop, and CapCut is preferred.
• Knowledge of AI image-generation tools and interest in fashion e-commerce visuals are preferred.
• Familiarity with Shopify, Amazon, Noon, Trendyol, or Namshi is preferred; experience with every platform is not needed.
• Good communication, attention to detail, and basic spreadsheet skills are preferred.
• English and Malayalam are preferable.

Pay

• Pay is up to AED 2,500 per month.

Work location

• The role is in person.
