Key responsibilities

• Prepare and verify sales invoices, credit notes, and customer statements.
• Record incoming payments and allocate receipts to the correct invoices.
• Follow up with customers on overdue payments and pending balances.
• Reconcile customer accounts and investigate payment discrepancies.
• Prepare accounts receivable ageing reports and collection updates.
• Coordinate with sales to resolve billing issues and support timely collections.
• Monitor customer credit limits and payment terms.
• Maintain accurate financial records and assist with month-end closing and audits.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• Previous accounting experience, particularly in accounts receivable and collections.
• Experience in trading, wholesale, retail, or clothing businesses is preferred.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and accounting software.
• Knowledge of UAE VAT invoicing requirements.
• Strong communication, follow-up, and organizational skills; attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines.

Compensation

• Pay is AED 2,500–3,000 per month.
