Roles and Responsibilities
- Write and edit product content for e-commerce websites and portals.
- Set standards and processes for product listings, content creation, distribution, and maintenance.
- Coordinate with product management, graphics, and sales teams to update content across e-commerce platforms.
- Support media marketing, PPC, email marketing, SEO, keyword research, Google Analytics, website UX, and paid social media.
- Act as a subject matter expert for assigned product categories.
- Identify SEO practices for inventory, pre-orders, and pricing policies.
- Monitor product sales with web analytics and Excel spreadsheets, including pivot tables and VLOOKUP.
- Multitask and meet deadlines while maintaining attention to detail.
Requirements
- At least 3 years of experience in a fast-paced e-commerce business.
- Hands-on experience managing and maintaining e-commerce websites or portals.
- Knowledge of e-commerce marketing, website builders such as Shopify or Elementor, product development, competitive strategies, consumer research, industry trends, and usability practices.
- Knowledge of online sales platforms and strategies for digital sales or website conversions.
- Familiarity with web design and attention to detail.
- Strong communication, collaboration, analytical, and multitasking skills.
- BSc degree in marketing or a related field, or relevant field experience.
