Khaisha Coffee is hiring an E-Commerce Assistant in Mussafah Industrial Area, Abu Dhabi, UAE.
The role supports the company's e-commerce website and daily online operations.
Key responsibilities
- Manage product information online, including descriptions, images, and prices.
- Monitor and process customer orders and coordinate with the warehouse on availability and fulfillment.
- Update inventory records, report shortages or discrepancies, and assist with basic online sales reports.
- Identify website errors or technical issues and report them to the relevant department.
Requirements
- Basic computer skills, attention to detail, organizational skills, and good communication.
- Ability to work effectively within a team.
- Arabic-speaking candidates are preferred.
- Previous e-commerce or online sales experience is an advantage.
Workplace
- Work location is in person in Mussafah Industrial Area, Abu Dhabi.
Pay
- Pay is AED 2,000–2,500 per month.
