Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for an E-commerce and Retail Sales Executive based in the United Arab Emirates. The responsibilities include managing retail sales, ensuring excellent customer service, building strong customer relationships, implementing effective sales strategies, and contributing to the team’s success through quality communication and engagement.

Qualifications

  • Experience and expertise in Retail Sales and Sales techniques
  • Strong Customer Service and Relationship Building skills
  • Excellent Communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work effectively in a team and sustain productive client relationships
  • Prior experience in the e-commerce or retail sector is an advantage
  • Proactive attitude with problem-solving capabilities
