We are looking for a Microsoft Dynamics 365 CE (CRM) Techno-Functional Consultant with 5+ years of experience.The candidate should have strong technical and functional knowledge, hands-on experience in D365 CRM customization and implementation, and the ability to work directly with clients to understand and deliver business requirements.
Key Responsibilities
- Gather business requirements and provide D365 CRM solutions.
- Configure and customize D365 CRM forms, workflows, business rules, business process flows, and security roles.
- Work with development teams for implementation and integrations.
- Handle technical development using C#, .NET, JavaScript, SQL, SSIS, and SSRS.
- Support deployment, integrations, and data-related activities.
Requirements
- Minimum 5+ years of experience in Dynamics 365 CE (CRM).
- Strong techno-functional knowledge of D365 CRM.
- Experience in client-facing roles and solution design.
- Hands-on experience in CRM customization and integration.
- Good communication and problem-solving skills.
- Experience working in Agile/Scrum projects.
- **Arabic speaking (Mandatory)**
Preferred
- Microsoft Dynamics 365 certification.
