About This Role
Hiring: Dynamics 365 Pre-Sales Consultant (F&O / CRM) – UAE / EMEA
We are looking for an experienced Dynamics 365 Pre-Sales Consultant to support enterprise clients across the region. This role sits between sales, consulting, and solution architecture, helping clients translate business needs into scalable Microsoft Dynamics solutions.
Key Responsibilities:
Engage with clients to understand business processes Design and position Dynamics 365 solutions (F&O / CRM)Deliver demos and proof-of-concepts Support RFPs and proposals Collaborate with delivery teams on scope and timelines Act as a trusted advisor during pre-sales Candidate Profile:10+ years in ERP/CRM or enterprise solutions Strong experience in Dynamics 365 (F&O / CRM)Background in pre-sales or solution consulting Strong communication and client-facing skills
Preferred:
Microsoft Dynamics certifications Power Platform experience (Power BI, Power Apps, Power Automate) Exposure to digital transformation programs.
