About The Role
We are seeking an elite Solution Architect to lead the technical design and architectural integrity of a large-scale digital service platform.
This role requires a visionary capable of aligning complex business needs with a robust, scalable technical framework ecosystem.
Key Responsibilities
- Design and oversee the implementation of end-to-end MS Dynamics 365 CRM solutions.
- Ensure seamless integration with shared services, including UAE PASS and Government Service Bus (GSB).
- Maintain compliance with Abu Dhabi Digital Authority (ADDA) standards and security protocols.
- Lead the technical roadmap for D365 customizations, Power Platform architecture, and Azure-based microservices.
Qualifications
- **Total Experience:**
- At least 15+ years of overall IT experience.
- **Specialized Experience:**
- A minimum of 8+ years specifically as an MS D365 CRM Solution Lead or Architect.
- **Technical Mastery:**
- Deep knowledge of D365 Customer Engagement, Power Apps, and Azure Integration Services.
- **Education:**
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science or a related field.
