Dynamics 365 Finance and Operations Technical Lead.

Role overview

Work arrangement

• The role is remote, with the candidate working from their current location; candidates should be based in or around Riyadh.
• Occasional travel to the Riyadh client site may be required for meetings and business needs.

Architecture and design

• Own architecture across Finance, Supply Chain Management, Warehouse Management, and Commerce, including extensions, integrations, data flows, and environments.
• Write technical design documents, review functional designs, and challenge solutions that may not perform, scale, or remain supportable.
• Estimate technical effort for new scope, change requests, and project phases; explain estimates to client and internal leadership.

Integration, data, and Commerce

• Design integrations with POS, loyalty platforms, data platforms, and third-party services using the listed Dynamics and Azure integration technologies.
• Build monitoring, validation, and error handling; plan data migration and cutover, including staging validation, reconciliation, and production-volume performance.
• Lead Commerce rollouts and POS integration, and define transition from legacy POS with coexistence during rollout.

Platform and leadership

• Own security design, ALM, release governance, and performance escalations; improve workflows, approval hierarchies, and configuration controls.
• Lead and mentor developers, set coding standards, review code, represent TRU in technical sessions, and contribute to hiring and practice growth.

Required experience

• Requires 10+ years of Dynamics AX/D365 technical experience, including at least five years on D365 Finance and Operations.
• Requires three full implementation cycles, including at least one technical lead or architect role through go-live and hypercare.
• Requires expert X++ experience, hands-on Dynamics 365 Commerce experience, and high-volume integration design experience using the specified technologies.
• Requires security design and license mapping experience, ALM ownership with Azure DevOps and LCS, and performance engineering with Trace Parser, SQL tuning, and set-based X++ optimization.
