The Role
We are looking for an experienced and motivated Duty Manager / Supervisor to join our Smacks Dubai team.
The successful candidate will play a key role in the day-to-day operations of the restaurant, ensuring smooth service, strong team performance, and excellent customer satisfaction.
This position is ideal for someone with strong leadership skills who thrives in a busy restaurant environment and is ready to grow within an expanding international brand.
Key Responsibilities
- Supervise daily restaurant operations during shifts
- Ensure high standards of customer service, food quality, and cleanliness
- Support and manage front-of-house and kitchen staff
- Assist with staff scheduling, shift management, and team coordination
- Handle customer feedback and resolve issues professionally
- Monitor stock levels and assist with inventory management
- Ensure company procedures, hygiene, and health & safety standards are followed
- Support training and development of team members
- Assist the Restaurant Manager in achieving operational and sales targets
Requirements
- Previous experience as a Supervisor, Duty Manager, or Team Leader within hospitality or restaurants
- Strong communication and leadership skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent problem-solving and organizational abilities
- Customer-focused with a positive attitude
- Flexibility to work shifts, weekends, and holidays as required
- Experience in quick-service or casual dining restaurants is preferred
