Required Qualifications
- Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Electrical, or related field)
- Proven experience in maintenance, troubleshooting, and repair of mechanical, electrical, and HVAC systems
- Strong understanding of mechanical, electrical, and HVAC system operations and components
- Relevant technical certifications such as HVAC certification, electrical safety certification, or mechanical maintenance certification
- Comprehensive knowledge of health and safety regulations and compliance standards applicable to industrial or facility operations
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills with the ability to diagnose complex technical issues
- Ability to work independently and handle emergency situations calmly and effectively
- Strong communication and teamwork skills with the ability to collaborate across departments
- Computer literacy and proficiency with maintenance management systems and reporting software
- Willingness to work rotating shifts and flexible schedules as required by operational needs
- Physical capability to handle equipment, tools, and perform hands-on maintenance tasks
- Experience working in a facility management, manufacturing, or utilities environment
- Familiarity with predictive maintenance techniques and condition monitoring
- Additional certifications in electrical safety, confined space entry, or equipment-specific training
- Experience with energy management and efficiency optimization
- Demonstrated track record of maintaining excellent safety records and zero-incident performance
Preferred Qualifications
