Overview
Courtage Lessard is seeking a highly analytical and detail-driven **Due Diligence Analyst** to join our growing team in Doha.
This is an exciting opportunity for professionals passionate about risk intelligence, compliance, corporate investigations, and strategic research.
As a Due Diligence Analyst, you will play a key role in supporting informed business decisions by conducting in-depth investigations, assessing risks, and delivering actionable insights across a wide range of industries and clients.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct detailed due diligence reviews on companies, individuals, vendors, and potential partners
- Analyze corporate structures, financial records, legal documents, and public information sources
- Identify reputational, financial, operational, and regulatory risks
- Prepare high-quality due diligence and risk assessment reports for internal and external stakeholders
- Support AML/KYC compliance procedures and enhanced background screening processes
- Monitor regulatory developments and ensure alignment with local and international compliance standards
- Collaborate with legal, compliance, and management teams to support strategic business operations
- Maintain strict confidentiality when handling sensitive information
& Experience
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business Administration, Law, Accounting, Economics, or related discipline
- Minimum 2 years of experience in due diligence, compliance, AML/KYC, auditing, investigations, or risk analysis
- Strong analytical, research, and problem-solving skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and online research platforms
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and deliver accurate work under deadlines
Preferred Skills
- Familiarity with GCC business regulations and corporate frameworks
- Experience in financial crime compliance or investigative research
- Strong attention to detail and critical-thinking ability
- Arabic language proficiency is an advantage
