You will move beyond simple background checks, diving deep into the DNA of potential partners, acquisition targets, and complex corporate structures. Your Strategic Mission

• Investigative Deep-Dives: Conduct comprehensive enhanced due diligence (EDD) on entities and individuals, looking past the balance sheet to uncover reputational, operational, and ethical risks.
• KYC & AML Architecture: Lead the "Know Your Customer" (KYC) and Anti-Money Laundering (AML) processes, ensuring all business dealings strictly adhere to UAE Central Bank and international (FATF) standards.
• Financial Integrity Verification: Analyze financial statements and audit histories of target companies to identify "red flags," undisclosed liabilities, or inflated valuations.
• Global Asset Tracing: Map out Ultimate Beneficial Ownership (UBO) through complex multi-jurisdictional structures to ensure complete transparency.
• Risk Reporting: Synthesize vast amounts of raw data into high-level, executive-ready "Intelligence Briefs" that provide clear "Go/No-Go" recommendations to the Investment Committee.
• Regulatory Watch: Stay at the forefront of UAE’s evolving regulatory landscape, including Corporate Tax compliance and Economic Substance Regulations (ESR).
• Strategic Vetting: Partner with the legal and operations teams to vet international vendors and strategic partners before high-value contract signatures.

Who You Are

• The Analyst: 4+ years of experience in Due Diligence, Forensic Accounting, or Business Intelligence, preferably within a Big 4, top-tier consultancy, or a Private Equity firm.
• The Technical Expert: Mastery of global risk databases (Refinitiv, World-Check, LexisNexis, etc.) and advanced open-source intelligence (OSINT) techniques.
• Qualified: Bachelor’s degree in Finance, International Law, or Economics. Professional certifications such as CAMS (Certified Anti-Money Laundering Specialist) or CFE (Certified Fraud Examiner) are highly preferred.
• The UAE Specialist: Strong knowledge of the Abu Dhabi business ecosystem, including ADGM and onshore regulatory frameworks.
• Analytical Mindset: You are naturally skeptical, exceptionally observant, and have a proven ability to connect "hidden dots" in complex data sets.
• Clear Communicator: You can write with surgical precision, turning complex investigations into concise, readable reports.
