Overview
- 主要职责 订单与物流管理：
- 负责处理客户订单，协调并安排货物的发运事宜，确保交付及时准确。 客户关系维护：妥善解决客户投诉与咨询，提升客户满意度；识别并挖掘具体的业务增长机会。
- 数据管理：及时、准确地维护CRM系统中的客户主数据，确保信息的完整性与时效性。 销售支持：跟进销售返利的审核流程，并严格按照协议条款执行返利政策。
- 财务协同：负责向客户发送对账单（SOA），并协助财务部门催收逾期应收账款，降低坏账风险。
- 任职要求 教育背景：
- 国际贸易、外语或相关专业本科及以上学历。
- 语言能力：具备优秀的中英文听说读写能力，能够流利地进行商务沟通。 工作经验：有相关领域实习经验者优先。
- 技能要求：熟练掌握Microsoft Office等办公软件，具备良好的数据处理能力。
- 综合素质：工作细致认真，具备良好的抗压能力、团队合作精神及问题解决能力。
