• We are looking for someone who can confidently move through Dubais most interesting spaces, capture real conversations, and create content that feels alive, insider, and impossible to fake.

What Were Looking For

• We are specifically looking for someone who:
• is currently based in Dubai
• deeply understands the city and its culture
• feels comfortable approaching strangers
• understands social media pacing and attention retention
• knows how to create content that feels premium but authentic

You Must Be Able To Independently

• film short-form content
• edit videos professionally
• understand hooks, pacing and retention
• create TikTok / Instagram Reels style edits
• work quickly and consistently

Mandatory

• Must currently be based in Dubai
• Must submit a portfolio
• Must have professional experience filming and editing videos
• Must understand TikTok, Instagram Reels and viral short-form content
• Must have strong English communication skills
• Must be available for full-time content creation work

Strong Plus

• Experience with interviews or street content
• Luxury / fashion / hospitality / nightlife familiarity
• Understanding of Dubai culture and trends
• Experience with viral content formats
• Access to interesting social circles or venues
