DSO Digital Account Manager

QUALIFICATIONS

• Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, or related field preferred.
• 3+ years of experience in digital marketing, with a focus on account management required.
• Solid working knowledge of digital marketing channels, including SEO, PPC, social media, email marketing, and/or programmatic buying.
• Hands-on familiarity with digital marketing tools and platforms, such as Google Analytics, Google AdWords, Facebook Ads Manager, or programmatic DSPs
• Demonstrated experience navigating digital advertising platforms, including Meta Business Manager, Google Ads, DSPs, and other paid media technologies, with the ability to execute, monitor, troubleshoot, and optimize campaigns.
• Ability to analyze digital campaign performance using platform data and reporting tools, identify trends, strengths, weaknesses, and optimization opportunities, and translate insights into clear, actionable recommendations for clients and internal stakeholders.
• Excellent presentation skills are required, as are strong verbal and written communication skills with the ability to prioritize and solve client issues successfully.
• Demonstrated ability to be self-motivated and task-oriented for complex and fast-paced projects, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Dedicated focus on time management and organizational skills, with high attention to detail.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Must be a team player, with the ability to work cross-functionally with internal teams and external clients equally.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and internal teams.
