Description

General Summary: The recruiter is responsible for finding qualified professional drivers that meet the company’s standards. This person perpetuates and is an example of The PRIDE Way standard.

Schedule: Monday through Friday, 8 am to 5 pm

Pay: $45,000 annual salary; Depending on Experience + weekly commissions & monthly incentive potential

Your responsibilities will include

  • Inbound calling to potential drivers Ensuring a professional interaction to uphold the company’s reputation
  • Ensuring a professional interaction to uphold the company’s reputation
  • Processing of driver applications Following the company’s hire/rehire procedure
  • Following the company’s hire/rehire procedure
  • Outbound calling to potential drivers
  • Attendance is an essential job function
  • Must perform all duties with “safety-first” in mind
