About the Role
We're looking for a reliable, discreet, and experienced Driver to support our founder and their family.
This is a private, full-time role focused on safe transportation, school runs, errands, and day-to-day household logistics, with occasional support for company deliveries and stock movement.
The ideal candidate is polished, punctual, trustworthy with confidential matters, and genuinely enjoys working in a family environment.
What You'll Do
- Drive family members safely to school, appointments, social engagements, and the airport
- Manage the daily school run with care and attentiveness to child safety
- Run personal errands — groceries, pharmacy, dry cleaning, deliveries, and pickups
- Assist with work-related deliveries, stock movement, and other business errands as needed
- Maintain the family vehicle(s) in pristine condition (cleaning, fuelling, servicing, renewals)
- Plan routes in advance to ensure punctual arrivals
- Assist with luggage, shopping, and loading/unloading
- Coordinate with household staff and the family office on daily schedules
- Take on any other tasks as required to support the family and business
- Maintain strict confidentiality at all times
What You'll Bring
- Valid UAE driver's license with a clean record
- 5+ years as a personal or family driver (private household or executive experience preferred)
- Excellent knowledge of UAE roads and routes
- Polished appearance and professional demeanor
- Strong English and Hindi communication skills
- Proven discretion, integrity, and reliability
- Comfort working with children
- Calm, defensive driving style
- Flexibility with early mornings, evenings, and occasional weekends
- Physical fitness to handle luggage, shopping, and stock
