Role overview

Responsibilities

• Receive, open, and inspect deliveries; verify stock against packing lists and purchase orders.
• Organize warehouse stock and store it in the correct locations.
• Collect and deliver merchandise and stock to Magic Planet locations according to schedules and timelines.
• Maintain company vehicles to manufacturer specifications and company standards; keep them clean and follow transportation and safety rules.
• Record transportation activities and completed trips accurately and promptly.
• Assist the Inventory Controller with daily operations, stock documentation, and inventory management.
• Participate in monthly inventory counts and handle, store, and transport stock carefully to prevent damage or loss.

Requirements

• High School degree or equivalent qualification.
• At least 1–2 years of experience in a similar driving, logistics, warehouse, or delivery role.
• Valid UAE Driving License (Code 3) or equivalent valid driving certification required by local regulations.
• Knowledge of health and safety standards and safe driving practices.
• Strong organizational skills and ability to maintain accurate delivery, stock, and trip records.
• Punctuality, reliability, and commitment to safeguarding company assets and stock.
