DRIVER

Overview

• Provide safe, reliable, and punctual transportation for the Director to and from business meetings, personal appointments, company events, airport transfers, and other required destinations.
• Perform airport pick-ups and drop-offs for guests, partners, and management at any time, including late-night and early-morning schedules.
• Be available for flexible working hours based on the Director’s schedule, including early mornings, late evenings, weekends, Sundays (when required), and occasional overnight duties.
• Respond promptly to urgent or last-minute transportation and operational requests.
• Assist with personal errands for the Director, including grocery shopping, household purchases, and other day-to-day requirements.
• Support office operations by handling administrative errands such as document delivery, bank transactions, collection of payments, and procurement of office supplies and office groceries.
• Transfer and deliver medications, documents, and company items to pharmacies, hospitals, clinics, doctors, and other designated locations as instructed by management.
• Assist with loading and unloading luggage, materials, supplies, and other items when required.
• Ensure the assigned vehicle is always clean, presentable, fueled, and maintained in excellent working condition.
• Conduct routine vehicle inspections, including checking fuel, oil, water, tires, brakes, lights, and overall vehicle condition, and promptly report any issues.
• Coordinate vehicle servicing, repairs, registration renewals, insurance renewals, and other compliance requirements to ensure the vehicle remains roadworthy and fully compliant with UAE regulations.
• Plan routes efficiently and monitor traffic conditions to ensure timely arrivals and minimize delays.
• Maintain accurate records of trips, fuel usage, Salik charges, parking expenses, vehicle maintenance, and other related logs.
• Adhere strictly to UAE traffic laws, road safety regulations, and company policies always.
• Maintain strict confidentiality regarding all company, professional, and personal matters related to the Director, management, employees, clients, and business partners.
• Maintain a professional appearance, courteous attitude, and respectful communication with management, colleagues, guests, clients, and external parties always.
• Provide transportation and operational support during company events and activities when required.
• Remain on standby and ready to perform duties as instructed by the Director or management.
• Accountability and Responsibility
• The Driver shall be responsible for any traffic fines, penalties, or violations incurred due to negligence, misconduct, or failure to comply with UAE traffic laws.
• The Driver is expected to exercise proper care and responsibility in operating company vehicles and handling company property.
