Responsibilities
- Safely transport guests to and from the hotel, including airports, tourist attractions, business locations, and other designated destinations
- Welcome guests warmly, assist with luggage, and ensure a comfortable and pleasant travel experience
- Provide helpful information about local attractions, landmarks, and hotel facilities when required
- Maintain the cleanliness, presentation, and overall condition of hotel vehicles to the highest standards
- Conduct routine vehicle inspections and promptly report any maintenance or safety concerns
- Adhere to all Qatar traffic regulations, road safety standards, and hotel policies
- Coordinate with Front Office, Concierge, and other hotel departments to ensure timely and efficient transportation services
- Maintain accurate records of trips, mileage, fuel consumption, and any incidents or maintenance requirements
- Deliver exceptional guest service by responding professionally and courteously to guest requests and inquiries
- Support operational requirements and perform additional duties assigned by management
Requirements
- Valid Qatar Driving License with a clean driving record
- Minimum of 2 years' professional driving experience, preferably within a luxury hotel or hospitality environment
- Strong knowledge of Qatar's road network, traffic regulations, and key destinations
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work flexible shifts, including evenings, weekends, and public holidays
- Professional appearance, punctuality, and a high standard of personal presentation
- Physically capable of lifting and carrying guest luggage safely
- CPR and First Aid certification is an advantage

The Role
- We are looking for a professional, reliable, and service oriented Hotel Driver to deliver exceptional transportation services to our guests.
What You’ll Be Doing

About You
- Valid Qatar Driving License with a clean driving record.
