The Role

WHAT YOU’LL BE DOING

• As our Assistant Talent Acquisition Manager, you'll play a key role in driving the hotel's recruitment strategy while partnering closely with department leaders to identify and hire exceptional talent.
• You'll ensure every candidate experiences a professional, welcoming, and seamless recruitment journey.
• Your responsibilities will include:
• Managing the end-to-end recruitment process across hotel departments.
• Partnering with hiring managers to understand hiring needs and provide recruitment guidance.
• Sourcing candidates through multiple channels, including job boards, social media, networking, referrals, and recruitment events.
• Conducting interviews and coordinating assessments throughout the hiring process.
• Building and maintaining strong talent pipelines for current and future opportunities.
• Promoting The Ned Doha's employer brand to attract top hospitality talent.
• Ensuring a positive and engaging candidate experience from application to onboarding.
• Monitoring recruitment metrics and preparing hiring reports.
• Supporting recruitment projects, employer branding initiatives, career fairs, and hotel open days.
• Ensuring compliance with company policies and local employment regulations.

WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR

• Previous experience in Talent Acquisition, ideally within luxury hospitality or hotels.
• Experience supervising or supporting a recruitment team.
• Strong interviewing and stakeholder management skills.
• Excellent communication and relationship-building abilities.
• A proactive, organised, and solutions-focused approach.
• Confidence managing multiple vacancies in a fast-paced environment.
• Knowledge of applicant tracking systems and recruitment best practices.
• A genuine passion for hospitality and finding great people.
