Coaster Driver – Category 5 (Staff Transport)
**Salary**: Up to AED 3,500 / month
**Location**: Ajman (Fixed Route – Dubai)
We are hiring a Coaster / Staff Bus Driver with a valid UAE Category 5 licence to operate a company Coaster / 18-seater bus on a fixed Ajman–Dubai route.
Salary Structure
AED 3,000 during first 6 months
Salary
review to AED 3,500 after 6 months (post-finance, performance-based)
Key Responsibilities
- Drive Coaster / 18-seater staff bus
- Transport company staff safely and on time
- Follow fixed route and timing
- Morning & evening split shifts
- Daily vehicle cleanliness and basic checks
Requirements
- Valid UAE Category 5 (Bus) driving licence
- Coaster or staff bus driving experience required
- Knowledge of Ajman & Dubai roads
- Good discipline, punctuality, and safety awareness
