Key Job Responsibilities
- Deliver all official mail, documents, and cheque payments in a timely and secure manner. • Drive company vehicles to transport employees as required for business needs. • Ensure the safety of passengers and vehicles at all times during duty hours. • Collect and deliver mail to the post office as needed. • Deliver important documents to designated locations as instructed. • Perform routine and preventive maintenance checks on the assigned vehicle. • Maintain cleanliness and proper condition of the vehicle at all times. • Complete vehicle testing procedures and ensure renewal of registration on time. • Provide coverage for drivers in other locations during their annual leave or absence. • Perform any other related duties or special tasks assigned by Management.
Education Qualification, Work Experience & Skills
- Secondary/Higher Secondary Education • Good knowledge of UAE driving regulations and safe driving practices. • Valid UAE Driver’s License (Light Vehicle). • Basic proficiency in English (written and verbal); Arabic language is an advantage. • Strong communication and customer service skills. • Ability to maintain positive relationships and represent the company professionally.
