About This Role
- Transportation: Safely transporting clients, employees, or goods to designated locations.
- Maintenance: Performing regular safety checks, cleaning, and scheduling repairs for the vehicle.
- Navigation: Using GPS and mapping applications to determine the best route, considering traffic and weather.
- Documentation: Keeping accurate logs of mileage, fuel consumption, and cargo/passenger reports.
- Customer Service: Acting professionally, assisting with loading/unloading cargo, and helping passengers.
Key Requirements & Skills
- License: Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
- Experience: Proven experience as a driver, often with specific vehicle type experience.
- Skills: Excellent navigation skills, time management, and knowledge of traffic regulations.
- Physical Ability: Ability to lift and move, as well as sit for extended periods.
- Flexibility: Availability to work nights, weekends, and holidays if required.
