About This Role
Job Summary:
The Recovery Driver is responsible for the safe and efficient recovery of vehicles, ensuring timely assistance to stranded or broken-down vehicles and their owners. This role involves operating a recovery truck or tow vehicle, providing roadside assistance, and delivering excellent customer service in potentially stressful situations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Vehicle Recovery: Safely operate recovery trucks or tow vehicles to recover vehicles from Yard, showrooms etc
- Vehicle Transportation: Transport vehicles to designated repair centers, garages, or the customer’s requested destination.
- Customer Service: Provide courteous, professional assistance to customers. Ensure clear communication with customers regarding vehicle recovery time, process, and transportation.
- Safety Compliance: Adhere to all road traffic laws and company safety policies. Ensure proper use of safety equipment during vehicle recovery and transportation.
- Documentation: Accurately complete all required paperwork, including job logs, service forms, and vehicle condition reports. Report any vehicle defects or incidents promptly.
- Vehicle Maintenance: Perform regular inspections and maintenance of the recovery truck or tow vehicle, ensuring it is in good operational condition.
- Team Collaboration: Work with the dispatch team to prioritize recovery jobs and optimize route efficiency.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: AED2,500.00 - AED3,500.00 per month
License/Certification:
- Manual Light vehicle license (Preferred)
