Driver
Role Overview
To provide safe and timely transportation of vehicles, staff, important documents, and other materials in support of MG Head Office operations, while assisting with vehicle registration, basic vehicle maintenance, and other duties assigned by the General Manager.

Key Responsibilities
- Safely transport and deliver vehicles, important documents, office mail, records, and other materials to the designated recipients.
- Carry important documents and materials directly to the intended addressee, ensuring timely and secure delivery.
- Perform office-related errands, including the collection and delivery of important papers, records, and other priority materials.
- Pick up and drop off showroom staff daily as instructed by the General Manager.
- Collect vehicles for servicing or repairs and return them upon completion of the required work.
- Assist with basic vehicle maintenance, including refueling, checking and replenishing engine oil and water, checking batteries and tyres, and cleaning windows.
- Assist with basic automotive maintenance and minor repair tasks where required and within the scope of assigned duties.
- Complete new vehicle registration procedures at the relevant traffic department when required.
- Ensure vehicles are kept clean, presentable, and ready for transportation or delivery.
- Follow assigned schedules and plan routes efficiently to ensure timely completion of deliveries and errands.
- Handle company vehicles, documents, and other assets responsibly and maintain their security.
- Comply with UAE traffic regulations, company driving policies, and applicable health and safety procedures.
- Assist with other operational duties outside the usual assignment when required, provided they are appropriate to the role and within the individual's capabilities.
- Perform other duties as assigned by the General Manager.
Experience
- Minimum 3 years of driving experience.
- Previous experience in a company driver, office driver, or automotive dealership driver role is preferred.
- Experience with vehicle collection and delivery, document handling, and administrative errands is an advantage.
- Education
- High School certificate or equivalent qualification.
- Certification
- Valid UAE driving license is required.
- Languages
- Basic English communication skills.
