Key Responsibilities
- Manage vehicle, parts, and tire warranty claims, ensuring accurate and timely processing and submission.
- Develop and maintain warranty procedures in line with principal/manufacturer guidelines.
- Review warranty claims and supporting documents to ensure accuracy and compliance.
- Monitor claim status, follow up on pending or rejected claims, and take corrective action to minimize delays.
- Maintain an accurate warranty database and ensure all required documentation is properly updated and filed.
- Monitor warranty KPIs, including claim submission lead time and rejected claims.
- Prepare monthly warranty performance reports and claim documentation.
- Review job cards, warranty invoices, estimates, and related documents for accuracy.
- Coordinate with Service Advisors, Workshop Technicians, Parts, and Accounts teams to ensure smooth warranty claim processing.
- Verify labor operations, parts, and supporting documents against manufacturer warranty requirements.
- Maintain accurate system records and ensure timely data entry.
- Support warranty audits and provide required documentation when requested.
- Ensure compliance with company SOPs, manufacturer standards, and workplace requirements.
- Report technical or warranty-related concerns to the appropriate supervisor or Master Technician.
- Perform additional duties and responsibilities as assigned by the supervisor.

- What We’re Looking For
- Experience: Minimum 4 years of relevant experience in automotive warranty administration, after-sales operations, or a similar capacity.
- Education: Higher Diploma or Degree in Automotive Technology or any relevant discipline/Diploma.
- Languages: Fluency in English is essential; Arabic is preferred.
- Computer Skills: Computer literate with good knowledge of MS Office and automotive service systems.
- Technical Knowledge: Good understanding of automotive warranty procedures, job cards, warranty claims, labor operations, parts, invoicing, and manufacturer warranty requirements.
