About This Role
- Develop detailed fit-out drawings, including plans, elevations, sections, and schedules, ensuring accuracy and adherence to design specifications and building codes.

- Coordinate with subcontractors and vendors to ensure that drawings are understood and implemented correctly during the fit-out process.
- Stay updated on the latest industry standards, building codes, and fit-out techniques to maintain a high level of technical proficiency.
- Review and approve shop drawings submitted by subcontractors, ensuring compliance with project specifications and design intent.
