Overview
- Develop and maintain detailed project schedules using software like Primavera P6, ensuring accuracy and reflecting project scope and execution strategy.
- Analyze schedule progress, identify critical path activities, and proactively assess potential delays, proposing mitigation strategies.
- Collaborate with project teams (engineering, procurement, construction) to gather, validate, and integrate progress updates and resource allocations into the schedule.
- Prepare and present schedule reports, dashboards, and forecasts to stakeholders, highlighting key performance indicators (KPIs) and potential risks.
