JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Follow all company rules for food safety and employee safety. • Safely process, handle, package, and prepare food products. • Verify product quality, specifications, and accuracy. • Box, stack, label, and palletize finished products. • Read and complete required production documentation and paperwork. • Operate equipment in accordance with company standards and training. • Drive a forklift consistent with company standards when required. • Use a computer to complete job-related tasks. • Perform repetitive hand and wrist motions throughout the shift. • Lift, push, and pull 50+ pounds as required throughout the course of a shift. • Twist and bend the body as necessary to perform job-related tasks. • Kneel, squat, and climb as necessary to complete job-related tasks. • Perform grasping and pinching motions to complete job-related tasks. • Maintain a clean, organized, and sanitary work environment.
  • WORKING CONDITIONS:
  • Work environments may include cold, wet, warm, and/or hot conditions. • Manufacturing and production environments with varying temperatures and noise levels. • Exposure to production equipment and food processing operations. • Required use of personal protective equipment (PPE) and adherence to all safety requirements.
