About This Role

Role Summary

We are seeking a qualified and experienced Registered Nurse to join our Stem Cell and Regenerative Medicine Clinic in Abu Dhabi.

The Senior Nurse will lead and support nursing operations, ensure patient safety and comfort, and assist physicians in stem cell–related treatments, wellness therapies, and medical procedures.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate daily nursing activities and clinical support functions.
• Assist doctors during stem cell treatments, minor procedures, and patient assessments.
• Manage pre- and post-treatment patient care, including vital signs, medication, and discharge instructions.
• Ensure infection control, cleanroom discipline, and sterile technique compliance.
• Maintain accurate nursing documentation and electronic medical records.
• Support DOH inspection readiness, license renewals, and nursing compliance audits.
• Guide and train junior nurses and ensure adherence to clinical protocols.
• Handle patient inquiries, provide health education, and ensure premium-quality service.
• Cooperate closely with laboratory, front desk, and administrative teams for smooth operations.

Qualifications & Skills

• Bachelor’s Degree in Nursing from an accredited institution.
• DOH (Department of Health Abu Dhabi) license or eligibility required.
• Minimum 5 years of clinical experience , preferably in regenerative medicine, dermatology, or wellness clinics.
• Strong understanding of aseptic techniques and patient safety protocols.
• Excellent communication and leadership skills.
• Fluent in English , Arabic, Russian or French.
• Compassionate, detail-oriented, and committed to patient-centered care.
