We are looking for a
Document Controller
to join our team in Riyadh.
The successful candidate will be responsible for managing project documentation, maintaining document control processes, and ensuring all project records are accurate, up to date, and compliant with company and client requirements.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and maintain the document control system and document registers.
- Register, track, distribute, and archive project documents and correspondence.
- Control document numbering, revisions, and distribution.
- Ensure only the latest approved documents are available for project use.
- Maintain records of RFIs, submittals, transmittals, technical queries, and project correspondence.
- Prepare weekly and monthly document control reports.
- Monitor document review and approval workflows.
- Ensure compliance with company procedures, client requirements, and quality standards.
- Manage documents using EDMS platforms such as Aconex, Procore, SharePoint, Autodesk Construction Cloud, or Oracle Primavera Unifier.
- Maintain electronic and hardcopy document archives.
Qualifications
- Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Information Management, Engineering, or a related field.
- 3–7 years of experience in Document Control, preferably within construction, infrastructure, engineering, or project-based companies.
- Experience working on large-scale projects.
- Good understanding of project documentation and contractual correspondence.
- Certification in Document Control or Records Management is an advantage
