About The Role
We are seeking a detail-oriented and highly organized Document Controller to support procurement operations through effective document management, compliance, and record-keeping.
This role is critical in ensuring all procurement documentation is accurate, up to date, and aligned with internal policies, audit requirements, and regulatory standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and maintain all procurement-related documentation, including tenders, contracts, purchase orders, and correspondence
- Ensure proper document control, versioning, and filing in line with organizational standards and audit requirements
- Support procurement teams in preparing and organizing tender documents, evaluation records, and contract files
- Maintain a centralized repository for procurement records to ensure accessibility, traceability, and compliance
- Monitor document submission timelines and ensure all records are captured accurately and on time
- Ensure compliance with document retention policies and regulatory requirements
- Coordinate with internal stakeholders to collect required documentation for procurement processes
- Support audit activities by providing accurate and complete documentation when required
- Assist in tracking procurement activities and maintaining reporting logs related to documentation
Qualifications & Experience
- Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Business Administration, Supply Chain, or a related field
- Minimum of 3–5 years of experience in document control, preferably within procurement or a similar function
- Strong knowledge of document management systems and filing protocols
- High attention to detail with strong organizational and administrative skills
- Familiarity with ERP systems (e.g., Microsoft Dynamics or similar) is an advantage
- Strong communication skills and ability to coordinate across teams
