Requirements
- Minimum 3 years of UAE experience as a Document Controller in engineering or construction projects.
- Experience managing project documentation, correspondence, drawings, RFIs, submittals, and technical records.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and document management systems.
- Strong organizational, communication, and time management skills.
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced site environment.
- Excellent written and spoken English.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage, maintain, and control all project documentation.
- Distribute, track, file, and archive documents properly.
- Coordinate document flow with consultants, contractors, and the project team.
- Maintain accurate document registers and prepare periodic reports.
- Ensure compliance with company document control procedures.
Work Location
