The Role
- Manage full project documents for curtain wall: drawings, submissions, method statements, reports
- Control document distribution, version control, transmittal and filing system
- Ensure documents meet consultant, local authority and curtain wall project requirements
- Maintain organized filing system for audit, handover and project closeout
- Support document preparation, review and timely submission
- Ensure compliance with local laws, regulations and company policies
- Maintain effective communication with internal and external stakeholders
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Document Control, Engineering Management or related
- 3+ years of construction/doc control experience; UAE curtain wall experience preferred
- Proficient in MS Office and project document management systems
- Highly organized, responsible, accurate and deadline-driven
- Working proficiency in English (written and spoken); Arabic communication skills are a plus
- Proactive, detail-oriented and reliable team player
- Ability to adapt to UAE/KSA local working culture and environment
- Good cross-cultural communication skills
- Compliance with local labor laws and regulations
