The Role
- Manage full contract lifecycle for curtain wall projects: drafting, negotiation, execution, monitoring
- Support bidding, tendering and commercial review for facade projects
- Handle contract variations, claims, cost adjustments and disputes
- Negotiate with clients, consultants and main contractors on commercial terms
- Establish contract templates and risk control system for overseas facade projects
- Ensure compliance with local laws, regulations and company policies
- Maintain effective communication with internal and external stakeholders
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in International Business, Engineering Management or related
- 3–5 years of overseas commercial/contract management experience; Middle East curtain wall background preferred
- Familiar with local construction law, FIDIC and facade contract practices
- Excellent negotiation, risk management, commercial analysis and communication skills
- Working proficiency in English (written and spoken)
- Proactive, detail-oriented, responsible and reliable team player
- Ability to adapt to UAE/KSA local working culture and environment
- Good cross-cultural communication skills
- Compliance with local labor laws and regulations
