Established in 1954, KC opened its first international office in Dubai, U.A.E in 2004, and has since become prominent in the Middle East and Asia.

This is a full-time 6 days a week on-site role in Dubai, UAE.

Role Description

We are seeking a highly organized and efficient Document Controller to join our team in

Dhabi, UAE

  • In this role, you will be responsible for managing and maintaining our organization's critical documents, ensuring compliance with industry standards and company policies.
  • Develop, implement, and maintain document control systems and procedures
  • Manage the lifecycle of documents, including creation, review, approval, distribution, and archiving
  • Ensure all documents are properly indexed, stored, and easily retrievable
  • Coordinate with various departments to gather and organize documentation
  • Perform regular audits to ensure document accuracy and completeness
  • Maintain version control and track document revisions
  • Train staff on document control procedures and best practices
  • Generate reports on document status, compliance, and other metrics as needed
  • Assist in the implementation and maintenance of quality management systems
  • Ensure compliance with industry regulations and standards related to document control

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Management, or related field
  • 5 years of experience in document control or a related field, preferably in a corporate environment
  • Proficiency in document management systems and Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
  • Advanced skills in DMSS (Aconex, Tijori, etc) is a plus
  • Strong knowledge of database management, filing, and archiving systems
  • Experience with quality control procedures and data entry
  • Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
  • Effective communication and interpersonal skills
  • Knowledge of industry-specific regulations and standards related to document control
  • Certifications in document management systems (preferred)
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Strong time management skills and ability to prioritize tasks effectively
