Kling Consult International GmbH and Co KG - Dubai Branch is a leading architectural and engineering consultancy headquartered in Germany.

This is a full-time 6 days a week on-site role for our Project in Dubai and in Sharjah.

The requirement is for 2 positions: one based in Dubai and one based in Sharjah.

Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a

Civil Inspector

located in Dubai and Sharjah.

The Civil Inspector will be responsible for conducting site inspections, ensuring quality control, and overseeing construction management.

Qualifications

  • 10+ years experience
  • Minimum 5 years on Hospitality (5-star Hotels and Resorts) projects, High-Rise or Villas & Townhouses developments
  • Experience in site inspections and inspection procedures
  • Knowledge of quality control standards and practices
  • Experience in construction management
  • Strong attention to detail and analytical skills
  • Effective communication and collaboration abilities
  • Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering
  • Relevant certifications in civil inspection and quality control are beneficial
