Overview
We are seeking an **On-Site** **Document Controller** to join our dynamic team.
The ideal candidate will play a key role in supporting our project operations through efficient documentation, coordination, and communication.
Key Responsibilities
- Maintain and manage all project-related documents, drawings, and correspondence.
- Track submittals, approvals, and revisions to ensure proper document version control.
- Coordinate between project managers, site engineers, procurement, and clients for timely exchange of information.
- Assist with scheduling, progress tracking, and preparation of weekly and monthly reports.
- Support site teams with administrative needs such as manpower updates, material logs, and record-keeping.
- Prepare meeting minutes, follow up on action points, and ensure smooth day-to-day coordination between the office and site.
- Assist PM in planning and liaise with the Purchase department to ensure timely availability of material on site.
- Ensure compliance with company procedures and project requirements in all documentation and communication.
- Work primarily on-site and be deployed across different project locations as required.
Requirements
- Minimum 4 years of experience in a construction or landscaping company.
- Strong organizational and communication skills.
- Proficient in MS Office and document control systems.
- Detail-oriented, reliable, and able to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
- ***Flexible and willing to work ON-SITE and RELOCATE between project locations within the UAE.***
