Role Overview

Requirements

• At least 3 years of UAE experience in an engineering consultancy or construction company.
• Immediate availability with no notice period.
• Excellent written and spoken English communication skills.
• High proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including formulas, functions, formatting, reporting, sorting, filtering, shortcuts, and data tracking.
• Strong knowledge of Microsoft Word for preparing and professionally formatting reports, documents, letters, and correspondence.
• Good understanding of engineering and construction project documentation and procedures in Dubai.
• Excellent organizational and communication skills with the ability to work under pressure.

Responsibilities

• Manage, organize, and archive project documents and drawings.
• Maintain and update incoming and outgoing document logs.
• Manage project correspondence and emails.
• Track and distribute documents and drawings to relevant parties.
• Prepare and maintain document control reports and records using advanced Excel capabilities.

Compensation

• The salary is AED 4,000–5,000 per month, all-inclusive and dependent on experience.

Workplace

• The description states that the position is site-based and requires regular coordination with project and site teams.
