Docketing Analyst

Education and/or Experience:

• High school degree or equivalent. College degree or equivalent specialized training (ex, paralegal studies) beneficial.
• Minimum of five (5) years of progressive Intellectual Property docketing experience in Trademark.
• Strong experience with domestic and foreign trademark and TTAB matters.
• The Firm will comply with any applicable city or state workplace mandates in effect in regards to Covid-19.
