- The Divisional Service Manager will lead and develop the Service function of the Machinery Division across Saudi Arabia into a primary driver of profitable growth, customer retention, and aftermarket strength.
- The role is accountable for increasing service market share (service exploration %) across the installed base of represented OEMs, while ensuring high service productivity, strong income recovery, disciplined cost control, and full compliance with Group governance and ISO standards.
- The role owns the Service divisional P&L and defines the strategic and operational framework required to deliver:
- Sustainable service revenue growth
- High technician productivity and utilisation
- Strong service recovery and absorption performance
- Improved equipment uptime and customer lifecycle value
- Full alignment with Parts and Sales to maximise total aftermarket capture
Skills
- Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering, Mechanical, Electrical, or related technical discipline.
- 10 years’ Service leadership in heavy machinery/capital equipment.
- Proven multi-branch Service P&L ownership.
- Track record in installed-base penetration growth.
- ISO/audit environment experience.
- Strong financial and P&L control capability.
- Deep service productivity and aftermarket knowledge.
- Data-driven and analytically strong.
- Authoritative leader with clear communication skills.
- GCC/KSA experience preferred.
